This is a newly formed contract Change Manager role to assist with the delivery of a significant Enterprise CRM and Marketing automation implementation for a well known brand.

This is a fixed term contract with the option to extend, either moving onto new projects or by building our own internal Change Management service offering across our ongoing project delivery.

The Change Manager will play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet  objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This person will focus  on the people side of change – including changes to business processes, systems and technology,  job roles and organisation structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and usage and minimise resistance. The Change Manager will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate  utilisation and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organisation to  increase benefit realisation, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
  • Assess the change impact
  • Complete change management assessments
  • Create change management strategy
  • Identify, analyse, prepare risk mitigation tactics
  • Identify and manage anticipated resistance
  • Consult and coach project teams
  • Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan,  sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
  • Support communication efforts
  • Support training efforts
  • Support and engage senior leaders
  • Coach managers and supervisors
  • Support organisational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
  • Coordinate efforts with other specialists
  • Integrate change management activities into project plan
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness
  • Manage stakeholders
  • Track and report issues
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
  • Support change management at the organisational level, Enterprise Change Management
  • Manage the portfolio and change load

Your Skills:

  • Experience delivering change management programs involving technology across a wide range of stakeholders
  • Be a subject matter expert and provide expert knowledge to key stakeholders
  • Capable of collaborating across multiple streams of work in an agile environment
  • A self starter capable of driving a schedule of work
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management
